Make Health Your First Priority


Today we are going to discuss about the importance of health, why should we always make fitness our first priority, benefits of good health, how fitness helps us to achieve our goals and much more.

As we all know in our modern and fast life we all are busy in making earning money and made money our first priority in order to make our life more comfortable or we stuck in other stuffs and don’t give importance to our health and fitness because lack of time. Which I think is a matter of thinking for all of us money makes our life comfortable but don’t ever give us our health it’s all depends on us, no matter how rich you are no matter how much money have if you don’t have health you have nothing. There is a very famous proverb which we all used to listen in our childhood that “Health is Wealth” which means our health our body is our real money our real wealth.

“It’s not selfish to love yourself, take care of yourself, & to make your Happiness a priority. It’s necessary.”

And we all know the crucial role of health and its benefits, In fact there is always benefits of healthy body without any detriment, benefits of health is uncountable if we going to discuss. And Exercise is crucial to supporting a fast metabolism and burning more calories. It also helps you to maintain your muscles mass and weight loss. Moderate exercise can provide antioxidant protection and promote blood flow, which can protect your spin and delay signs of aging. Moderate exercise and well maintained nutritious diet which help your body to get fit and also prevent your body from harmful chronic diseases. Exercise can also help improve sexual desire, function and performance in men and women, It can also help decrease the risk of erectile dysfunction in men.

Now the question arises that how can we get fit and achieve good health????

So, the answer is that to get fit and become healthy you don’t work too hard, you can be get fit by doing 30 – 60 minutes of moderate intensity exercise (Five times in a week) or 20 – 60 minutes of vigorous intensity exercise ( three times in a week ) or in a combined manner but on daily basis everyday, one continuous session combined with multiple shorter sessions ( of at least 10 min ) is also acceptable. To maintain your fitness you can join gym, start doing yoga or always trying to involved in physical activity but at last Important thing is you have to start and make a step toward your fitness goals.
