Work’s long done but construction signs stay on duty

Having finished up for the day at our homes and workplaces there are some pesky signs out there reminding us of the many construction projects still taking place.

They are valuable reminders of how busy the roads were this time last year. But unfortunately, regardless of the way they can annoy people, it’s not the best of tools to let you know when the signs have finished up for the day.

Naturally, driving through construction sites is one of the least enjoyable and least pleasant ways to pass a few hours.

The problem, we fear, is that these signs are all too similar in their pattern of appeal. We also don’t think there’s any particular reason why they can’t be replaced as one soon.

Luckily, the guys over at Journiejean.com have a solution: replace construction signs with photographs of famous spots across the world.

It’s an inspired idea to make our life a little easier. After all, if your photos become annoying, don’t you want to replace them with something that wouldn’t bother you either?
